Dealing with passing is one of the hardest scenarios I can guarantee you, that you can go through. The moment you hear someone passed away reality doesn't really hit you that much, but when you get to the day you have to bury the person that's when it all hits you the hardest. Brushing up emotions that make you cry. Can lead to a lot of mental and emotional struggles that's hard to deal with . A number of people go through phases when dealing with a passing and that's actually so NORMAL and OKAY. People fall into depression, many start getting some anxiety attacks when they arnt alone, many start mourning for quite some time and the list goes on. Losing someone close to you hits you just on the soft spot. You have to deal with the fact for the rest of your life that you’ll only remain with the memories in your head of that certain person and the days of you making more memories are over. You won't be able to see the person again in flesh and blood, “You may have lost one more person on earth but you gained one more Angel”. It's normal for people to die but being ready for that reality will never be on anyone's to-do list. There will be nights where you can't sleep and it's all just playing in your head. Like a video clip, you watched a number of times over and over again. I send my condolonces to each and every person out there who lost a Mother, Father, Granny, Uncle, etc. Keep on staying strong.
